Outside surgery hours urgent medical care is provided by West Hampshire Out of Hours Service. The service is available by phoning on 0844 811 3060.

Home Visits
If you are too ill to attend the surgery please phone the surgery before 10am and be prepared to give some details of your condition. You may be asked to speak to our trained nurses to assess your needs.

Appointments
Please telephone or call in to make an appointment. If you would like to see a specific doctor please let the receptionists know, alternatively you will be offered an appointment with the first available doctor.

If you take medicines regularly we will provide you with a list which acts as a re-order slip. Please either hand in or post your request at least 48 HOURS before you need them. You may also request your medication using the online request form above or:

It is good practice to review patients on repeat medicines regularly. This is normally done every six months but may be longer in some instances. If your re-order slip indicates that you are due to have your medication reviewed please make an appointment to see a doctor in good time.

The Dispensary Manager is always happy to answer queries about medications, alternatively the Community Pharmacist offers appointments to patients who have questions about their medication.

DISPENSARY
We are a dispensing practice and are able to dispense your medicines if you live more than a mile away from a chemist. Dispensed medications can be collected from our own dispensary, delivered to Preston Candover Post Office, Cheriton Post Office. We also offer a home delivery service for qualifying patients, please speak to one of the dispensary staff about this. Alternatively we can send your prescription to one of the dispensing chemists in Alresford or Four Marks. Our opening hours are 8.30am to 6.30pm.

Outside the normal opening hours prescriptions can be dispensed by the other pharmacies in Alresford or by the out of hours rota chemist notified there.
