Carers Workshops

A meeting is being held in Shawford Village Hall on Monday 27 March 10.30 - 2.30 for carers to give their views on:

• Local Health and Social Care Services - what is good and what can be improved?
• Local Hospital services. What could make the difference to carers?
• Consulting Carers. How do Carers want to be involved in the development of Health and Social Care Services.

Coffee from 10.00. Buffet lunch available. Transport and assistance with sitting service available.

We at the surgery are also keen to ensure that our registers of patients who are carers or who are cared for are up to date. Please let us know when you are next in the surgery.

Home Oxygen Service

The new service which was due to start on 1 February has been put back to 1 April. In the meantime users of oxygen will need to have prescriptions in the normal way. Alresford Pharmacy can continue to provide the oxygen cylinders. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Preston Candover Surgery

There will not be a surgery on the following date:

• Monday 6 March

Change of hours

From 1st February Doctors hours within the surgery have changed. Dr Cribb will now hold surgeries on Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning, Thursday all day and Friday. Dr Stokes will hold surgery all day Monday, Tuesday morning, all day Wednesday and Friday. Dr Cassidy will hold surgeries all day Tuesday and Thursday. Dr Green will now hold surgeries all day on Monday and Wednesday. Dr Cross has joined our team as an Associate Doctor and will hold surgeries on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
