Flu clinics reminder

The response to our clinics has been very good. If however you will be 65 or over by the end of the year or suffer with heart or renal disease, diabetes or asthma and have not yet had your free jab, please contact the surgery for an appointment.

Quit Smoking Clinic

We are repeating the New Year clinic again this January. To register for your place telephone 0845 602 4663. The Clinics will run on Monday evenings from 5.30, the first one starting on 6th January. You will need to attend for the following six weeks with a further 2 follow-up sessions in March.

Blood Tests

Reminder - please can patients remember to bring their blood test forms when they see the phlebotomist or nurse. Thank you.
