Outside surgery hours urgent medical care is provided by West Hampshire Out of Hours Service. The service is available by phoning on 0844 811 3060.

Home Visits
If you are too ill to attend the surgery please phone the surgery before 10am and be prepared to give some details of your condition. You may be asked to speak to our trained nurses to assess your needs.

If you have a simple query for one of the doctors which you feel can be dealt with by telephone please ask the receptionist for a telephone appointment.

If you need to see a doctor urgently please call before 10am if possible, you may be asked to speak to one of our trained Practice Nurses first who will be able to offer advice and arrange for you to see a doctor as necessary.

EXTENDED HOURS

In addition to the above surgeries we are open one evening each week and on Saturday mornings from 8.40 - 10.30am. However, these surgeries must be pre-booked and the surgery telephone lines are not open for normal service.

EMERGENCIES

If you have an emergency during the day contact the surgery immediately and we will try to see you as soon as possible. If you have an emergency at night please contact the Out of Hours service on 0844 811 3060.
